Gazon Innova-Tek provides lawn fertilization and weed control services for residential and commercial properties in Montréal, Laval, and surrounding areas. All treatments follow Quebec's Pesticide Management Code and use PMRA-approved products.

💰 Pricing & Payment

Quotes are provided in writing and valid for 30 days
Payment terms: [Net 15 / Due on completion / etc.]
Prices may be adjusted for extreme lawn conditions or additional services

📅 Scheduling & Weather

Services are weather-dependent; we will notify you of rescheduling
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid fees
Access to your property must be available during scheduled windows

We are not liable for pre-existing lawn damage or extreme weather events
We carry liability insurance for damage caused by our negligence
