🌱 Services Provided

Gazon Innova-Tek provides lawn fertilization and weed control services for residential and commercial properties in Montréal, Laval, and surrounding areas. All treatments follow Quebec's Pesticide Management Code and use PMRA-approved products.

💰 Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are provided in writing and valid for 30 days
• Payment terms: Net 15 / Due on completion (specified in quote)
• Prices may be adjusted for extreme lawn conditions or additional services
• A 50% deposit may be required for commercial projects over $500

📅 Scheduling & Weather

• Services are weather-dependent; we will notify you of rescheduling via email or phone
• We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a $50 rescheduling fee
• Access to your property must be available during scheduled service windows
• Severe weather may delay treatments; we prioritize safety and treatment efficacy

⚠️ Limitations & Liability

• Results vary based on soil quality, weather conditions, irrigation practices, and ongoing maintenance
• We are not liable for pre-existing lawn damage, disease, or damage from extreme weather events
• We carry general liability insurance for property damage caused by our negligence
• Clients are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of underground utilities or sprinkler systems

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
